Arieanna Schweber of B5’s Mischa Barton News kindly shared with us InTouch’s gift to her of an exclusive image of their next issue, which hits shelves tomorrow (Friday).

Mischa Barton Pumps In the spread Mischa rocks a 40s Glam look comprised of a polka dot dress. Of course, the mag suggests pieces to create the look ourselves, but I say nothing can beat the frills on the original skirt for the feminine side of the dots. If you want a work-appropriate dress, do go for the City Unltd shirt-wrap one.

I must gripe, though, that polka dots were trendy months ago! Oh, well, they’ve been updated here. I love the waves in her hair and the finishing 40s touch of red lipstick (the color’s only suitable for this effort).

And as much as I love polka dots and those ruffles, I’m wondering … what about those shoes???

Those shoes are so adorable! I really like Mishca’s style (though I am no OC fan) and I love her outfit here. Yay for polk dots!

The first thing I ever sewed (or attempted to sew!) was a long, black and white polka-dot skirt - which I still have and glad that I didn’t give away Same goes for the two polka dot tops I have! I don’t think I’ll give anything away again….
