Poll Results: Your Preferred Heel Width

The results of our first poll are concluded, but I must confess, I’ve been a little worried all along. After I attempted to clarify what a medium heel is to me (and a sculpted wedge), your votes for that type went up!

Still I know I should have included images at the start, I have them for you now:

Heel Widths
(Thin & Sleek - Medium & Trendy - Thick & Sturdy - Standard Wedge - Sculpted Wedge)

The winner was the …Medium Trendy heel! Helped brought in big this year by pairing it with platforms, this heel is newly chic and sought after. I do like it best with a low platform and the style is rarer to find in stores, but it’s your favorite!

This is the breakdown:

Poll Results

(My vote is outlined in black.)

If you voted incorrectly due to my definitions, let me know. If we need to redo the poll, I will. If these results are perfect, let me know as well. With every new thing, we must work out kinks. Do you have different definitions? (I was trying to be kind (no use of the word “chunky”) and also added a guiding extra word, but I may have fudged.) Any feedback, send in!

Feel free to give me more trendy poll ideas, but for bright (or dark) and early Sunday/Monday, I have a topic already planned!

I voted in the poll but I guess but definitions differ from yours as I voted “medium and trendy” but would have voted differently by your definitions.
not a big deal though as one changed vote wouldn’t really alter the poll much.

Oh, no! Uh oh.

What would you vote for now, Nicky?

It sounds like there’s at least a tie with Medium & Trendy and Thin & Sleek, now. That’s both :-( and :-) since I want the public to prefer the thin heels.

Chunky Heels on Jenny McCarthy, Why Not?

The pair of platforms on Jenny McCarthy here are have chunky heels, and I think it creates an odd silhouette for her foot.
She has a high, high arch and there’s an overall statue feel (as opposed to statuesque). It completely reminds me of th…
