Shoes.com Now Features Reviews!
Shoes.com now offers reviews by and for customers. They’re actually a bit more like Amazon than Zappos, with a single star system and a user’s ability to flag the post as helpful or not. I was just thinking the other day, “how helpful to the business” reviews would be on Shoes.com. I don’t really think there’s competition with Zappos, completely, just yet, as long as the two companies remain to have slightly different inventory.
