GO International’s New Designer: Tara Jarmon
May 5, 2006 by Designer EllaTarget’s own Go: International (who first premiered with Luella Bartley) has embarked on its next phase, with 2nd designer: Tara Jarmon. She takes off with my personal flights of fancy; her looks are soo française!: sophisticated, ultra-feminine, with ribbons and ruches! Oh, my!!
Tara Jarmon was born in Canada, but designs à la française classique, since she moved there and met husband and business partner to run “Tara Jarmon.”
GO International’s Target line rotates some of the best fashion talents from around the globe, with distinct localized flavors. Each designer’s styles remain at Target for only a 90 day period! And the selections are limited, as well, but new styles are adding periodically. Luella’s line proved to sell fast, and Jarmon’s features clothes that boast talent (at least in my eyes) and practical wearability, so I see it could happen with this lesser known, fresh designer.

My favorite piece is this Lace Ruffle Skirt
, and at a modest price (ie: doesn’t scream, “cheap!”), perhaps I should buy this piece of “furthering my *look*.
The bagsare also really nice, much more so than Luella’s were (but those were quirky!). Hmm, these can be quite quirky, themselves, but a few have feminine lace and detail.
There is even this cute, but sexy Pink Ruffle Swimwear that makes me blush!
Oh, La La!
