You usually see me posting at Pursed Lips, but because Ella’s busy finishing up the college semester, I’m helping out and will be guest posting for the next week—fun for me!

Because I work on the second floor of an office building that has no elevator, I’m always on the lookout for cute kitten heels and flats—those stairs at work are just too dangerous to walk on in tall heels. My newest purchase is these Fabia Flats—I got them in the cappucino/terra color combo (bottom in photo). Selling for $79, they’re pointed toe with a t-strap and an adjustable ankle strap. I normally don’t wear many shoes with ankle straps, but I like to wear my work pants slightly longer, so the straps won’t even be visible when I walk.

I ordered them this past weekend and have yet to receive them. Hopefully, they’ll be cute and comfortable, which always makes a girl happy!

Those Fabias are really fab. Good color choice. And I’d never see them, myself.

Now … just how short do you usually wear your pants? *Concerned.*

No reason to be concerned about the pant length—I like all my pants to be a bit on the long side. When I wrote that, I was probably thinking that I like my work pants slightly longer than some of my coworkers. Chalk that setence up to Mal not wording it correctly when she wrote it!

Commenting at work? Is that like when I comment at school and I don’t have a proper spell check?

(Yes, I installed one directly to the site, but it didn’t work well. It actually stopped working, needed re-installation, and the dictionary started over. I use Firefox (and Google’s is annoying, bleh).)

I’m so disappointed; my shoes arrived today and they’re even prettier in person, but they’re too big! I got them in the smallest size, so I can’t exchange them, only a refund. One of the few times I wish my feet were just a tad longer.
