Ella’s Blahnik Shoe Art

As an old graphic designer, I was inspired by recent Manolo Blahnik shoes and the artistic photography or my own accidental editing of an image — to making my own art with them. As the long dormant graphic designer, they are not much, but they are beautiful and un-ornate, which is a good thing.

This original photograph already looked like a painting, so I enhanced that.

This subtly says, “Manolo Blahnik shoe!” It would be nice for a fan to hang on her wall.

And this shows the golden, shining glory that is the art of shoe.

I was inspired by other recent activities to make digital art out of fashion, I just need continued inspiration and a lot of practice. Perhaps, it will be something I regularly feature in the future! Exciting?!

I love the impressionist suede Mary Janes! They look like something out of a very stylish Monet or Renoir painting!
