In my vote for the most inventive way for a store to give back to its customers, while attracting more, Forzieri.com is offering to to ship a little note apologizing, on their behalf, for late delivery. While the real reason the gift will arrive on December 27th is because you messed up, your dear pal will think Forzieri just had too much Christmas delivery to deal with.
