Found in Granny’s Underwear Drawer

I just tonight discovered the beauty of the blog Go Fug Yourself. In bold defiance of NO COMMENTS on that site, I’m posting a particularly heinous fashion disaster here, in full Rules [*TM] style.
Taking the Walk of Shame [*TM] is soap actress, Tonya Lee Williams.
This - what can only be called a - frock looks like a rain-drenched undergarment from the days of Colonial fashion. The panniers, of course, have here been flattened from being soaked in said storm.
The Rule here is about shape. Ladies, select dresses that follow the natural curves of the womanly figure.
The hat needs no explanation, for you, my readers, are not 5 years old.
